Viewings

Our sales model is based on you the vendor carrying out viewings of the property. Viewers prefer being shown around by the owner who can answer any questions immediately and most effectively. (who could answer any questions about your home better than you?).

However...

If you are away or live abroad, or simply don't want to do your own viewings, we can arrange for one of our friendly agents to perform your viewings. (A small fee will apply). Buying or selling a home is a very emotional time and we think that unfortunately it's really easy for this emotion and personality to be cut out by traditional selling routes. That is a primary reason that we encourage our clients to conduct their viewings themselves.
